 As much as dogs love to beg and ask for food, sometimes you cannot feed into what they want. Most meats are okay to give your dogs as long as they are cooked, but you should not be giving them dairy, nuts, or anything salty. Those are just some on the list of what not to feed your dog.

    Can a dog eat steak, chicken, or pork? Can you be more specific about what meat a dog can have instead of saying some meats.

    It's amazing how careful we have to be with our pets. One of my friends who has been a dog owner for years just learned that raisins are toxic to dogs - the day after he gave his dog one. (She's ok!) So your topic is an important one. Good choice.
